List sizes of all TVs in home, if known
Please list any ongoing upkeep/maintenance you already have established (pest control, lawn care, HVAC servicing, pool/hot tub maintenance, etc). Please include company/person's name, phone number, and how frequently they come to the property. Also, we have a list of vendors we use to address maintenance items, but if you already have relationships with contractors/handymen/etc who are familiar with the property, we are happy to connect with them as well. Please include their name, number, and what they do.
Please list smart devices currently at the property (locks, thermostat, cameras, etc). We will need access to these devices. Please either add us as an admin or share access with us, or provide login information so we can access them.
We recommend making the wifi unique to the property. For example, if your property is named 'The Traylor Park', we recommend naming your wifi 'Traylor Park Wifi' and setting the password as #Welcome2TraylorPark (or something like that). Please let us know the wifi name and password.
If you already have any streaming devices please share any passwords/codes, or any other important info we may need. Also, we always recommend logging these devices into a guest account or setting them to guest mode. That way a guest does not have access to your personal info, payments, etc. Also, if a code is required, we recommend something like 0000.
Please list the days and frequency (once a week, every other week, etc) for trash and recycle pick-up.
Please note who your utilities are set up with (electric, gas, water, sewer, internet, cable, etc)
Please share any other info about the property you think would be good for us to have. For example, combo lock codes, garage door code, etc.
